Prices for any products are subject to change without notice.

 

Product Information

Measurements stated are measured to the best accuracy and may vary up to 0.5”-0.75” as items are mass produced.

There may be colour variations on different screens due to different colour resolutions on different devices. Colour of items on screen and in person may differ as a result and in such cases, exchanges will not be allowed.

 

Payment information

Only credit card and PayPal are accepted forms of payments through the website unless stated.

All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours. Items will only be secured once payment is received.

 

Shipping information

All apparels will be charged with an additional $1.50 per order for normal postage.

All apparels will be charged with an additional $4 for registered postage.

We currently do not accept international shipping out of Singapore.

We are not responsible for any normal postage lost mail. Registered postage is recommended. 

Items are not considered as reserved when they are in the shopping cart. Once payment is processed and received, delivery will then be done within 1-3 working days.

 

Discount Codes

Discount codes are only applicable to items as stated and we reserve the rights to discontinue the discount codes at any time.

 

Backorders

Backorders are only placed when there is sufficient demand and payment has been made therefore, there is not a fixed duration whereby when the product will come.

Strictly no refunds or exchange(s) will be issued once payment has been made.

 

Exchanges

All sale items and discounted items are strictly invalid for exchanges and are only to be made with items that are of equal or less value.

All exchanges are to be done by registered postage mailing via a trackable source in which postage costs are borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels during transit.

Kindly drop us an email at sales@uh-ohh.com within 14 working days. Please specify the order number and the size you wish to exchange. If sizes are unavailable, store credits will be issued, or a different item may be selected.

Exchanges will only be made under the following circumstances:

Within 14 working days of receiving the item(s).

Regular priced items.

Items must be unused, unwashed and all tags are intact.

Exchanges are only allowed if there is a defect or the wrong item is sent.

 

Defects / Wrong items sent

We reserve the rights to decline any request for the exchange of items.

In cases where defects are present, or the wrong items are sent, you may email us at sales@uh-ohh.com within 14 working days of receiving the item(s). Do include a screenshot of the defected or incorrect item(s) as well as the receipt proof of the cost of shipping.

If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out after the warehouse receives the defected item. All defected items are required to be mailed out within 14 working days.
